Sonoma County Focus Sonoma CART
Host Michelle Marques talks with Sarah Reidenbach, Executive Director of Sonoma Community Animal Response Team, also known as Sonoma CART. Sonoma CART was founded in 2017 in response to the October 2017 fires. They are a community-led non-profit that works in collaboration with local agencies to aid in animal evacuation during emergencies.
You can help by volunteering in a range of capacities (all kinds of skills needed!) and/or donate to help defer costs. There is a matching grant of $5,000 going on right now, courtesy of Julie Atwood of the Halter Project. Head to sonomacart.org right now to donate –
