Host Jeff Davis talks with Paul Sloan, owner and winemaker at Small Vines Wines about his unique approach to planting high density vines. Paul was inspired by the wines of Burgundy to produce a wine in a similar expression by planting vines much closer to each other. The process produces wines with more expressive and intense flavors and aromas.
