Next One Staffing – Meet Ryan and Danessa

Meet your latest Ask the Expert hosts – Next One Staffing! Ryan Buxbaum is the President, and Danessa Maynard is the COO. They have worked together in various capacities over the last decade and joined forces in 2020 to found Next One Staffing. The challenges of starting a recruiting company during a pandemic were tough, but not insurmountable and they both learned how to exceed client expectations and help their customers find the best employees.
