In this full show I start with winemaker Cathy Corison of her namesake winery, Corison. I became further interested in talking with her after her 2013 Kronos Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was chosen as a Top 100 Wine by Wine&Spirits Magazine. She’s a talented winemaker but she attributes serendipity and luck as playing a roll in her success.
I also speak with sommelier Christopher Sawyer about his partnership in the fairly new Gravenstein Grill, just west of Sebastopol. The building of the former French Garden, the place has comfortable dining areas, a large bar and a relaxing outdoor patio. The chef
