Host Clark Wolf talks with lawyer and author Jim DiMartini about his book “The Cloverdale Forager – Your Guidebook for Gathering, Preparing, and Savoring Wild Food.” Jim shares stories he collected while writing a column for the Cloverdale Reveille, and his adventures hunting, fishing, and foraging for wild ingredients. Banana slugs? Yup, Jim knows how to catch ’em, clean ’em, and prepare them in a delicious way. Wild radishes? Acorns? Crawdads? Jim know all about them and shares his stories in this fun conversation.
