The crash report for indicted Sonoma investment adviser Ken Mattson reveals stunning new detail, but few answers.
According to the Press Democrat, the report states Mattson crashed his truck at an estimated 60 miles per hour into a gate near his home in August. He was airlifted to the hospital despite only having minor injuries. Mattson told investigators he had no memory of the drive.
The CHP ruled out intoxication but marked the crash factor as “Physical Impairment.” Hospital tests were inconclusive, with staff intending to monitor Mattson to find out why he lost consciousness.
The mysterious crash comes as Mattson continues to fight federal fraud and money laundering charges.
