At the Table – Mt. Eitan Cheese with Omer and Tal

Host Clark Wolf talks with Omer Seltzer and Tal Dover-Seltzer of Mt. Eitan Cheese. The couple started their relationship with cheese (Omer gave Tal his cheese knife on their first or second date!) and they have lovingly brought their cheesemaking traditions of the family creamery in the Judean Mountains to Sonoma County.
