At the Table – Hector’s Honey

Host Clark Wolf talks with Hector Alvarez, owner of Hector’s Honey. Hector talks about his early years working with his father and learning to farm in Mexico. Hector purchased land off of Fulton Road and farms vegetables, raises cattle, keeps egg laying hens, and of course nurtures his bees and collects honey. He sells his produce, meat, eggs, and honey at various Farmers Markets around Sonoma County, and hopes to be able to open a farm stand at his property.
