Host Clark Wolf talks with Chef Leah Scurto, owner and Executive Pizza Maker at Pizza Leah in Windsor. Chef Scurto learned how to make pizza while in college in a small Bay Area pizza chain called Pizza My Heart. She began the path to opening her own pizza restaurant in mid-2018, finally opening Pizza Leah in March 2020. She had been so engrossed in putting her restaurant together, that she was surprised when guests asked whether she was concerned about the situation in Italy where Covid-19 was causing problems. Within weeks of opening, Pizza Leah had to abruptly pivot
