Three people are behind bars on suspicion of selling drugs while working as street vendors in Santa Rosa. The arrests follow an investigation that started six months ago. Investigators say an undercover detective reportedly bought a gram of cocaine from one of the men in June. That man spent most of his time as a mobile street vendor selling ice cream and snacks to kids and adults near an elementary school. He is also accused of being in possession of more cocaine, meth, a digital scale and small plastic bags for selling drugs.
