A key Windsor downtown property—once slated for a major civic center project—is officially up for sale.
The Press Democrat reports the parcels located at Windsor Road and Old Redwood Highway, were assembled by the Telfer family over two decades, originally for their “Windsor Gateway” mixed-use development. That plan, and a later civic center proposal, both ultimately stalled.
The land is zoned for dense, transit-oriented development. Totaling over four acres, the properties are listed for individual or package sale, with the main parcels priced at $2.5 million.
