SingleThread in Healdsburg has been ranked number eight on the first North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
The rankings are a spin-off of the global World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and were graded by an anonymous panel of 300 chefs, food journalists, and gourmets. Winners were announced September 25th in Las Vegas.
SingleThread also earned the Sustainable Restaurant Award for its use of hyperlocal ingredients, farm biodiversity, energy efficiency, and focus on staff well-being.
