The Mark West Little League Junior team is headed to the western U.S. regional semifinals in Bend, Oregon.
The team, made up of 12 to 14 year olds, cruised into the next round of the tournament on Tuesday, beating Sunnyside 12-to-two. The game ended in the sixth inning, due to the ten-run rule.
Mark West’s next opponent is 4S Ranch of Southern California.
