Authorities are identifying a man who drowned in the Russian River as Richmond resident Nelshon Hamilton.
Hamilton drowned on Saturday, after he used a rope swing to jump into the water near Forestville. His body was found and recovered on Sunday, near the Hacienda Bridge.
Hamilton died one day before his 35th birthday.
