A man from Napa County is facing multiple charges following a crash that killed his ten-year-old son.
The head-on crash happened last Friday afternoon, in rural east Napa County. The boy’s father, Aaron Brian Kennedy Alvarez, remains hospitalized with major injuries. The driver of the other car he is accused of crashing into suffered minor injuries.
Alvarez is facing homicide, child endangerment and two DUI-related charges. He is also accused of driving with a license that was suspended for a previous DUI.
