The Sonoma Planning Commission will hold a study session today to review plans for a new multi-family residential development.
According to the Sonoma Index-Tribune, the proposed project by City Ventures would bring either 51 or 61 for-sale townhomes to a three-acre parcel, just outside current city limits. A significant portion of the units, 25%, would be deed-restricted affordable housing, aiming to address community housing needs.
