A Petaluma man has been arrested for DUI after crashing into a parked vehicle. On Monday evening, a citizen called police about an SUV that crashed into a parked vehicle on the 100 block of Payran Street with the driver fleeing the scene. Police found the SUV on the 700 block of North Kentucky Street, unoccupied and with heavy damage. They looked up the owner and found out he lived in the area. They contacted him, 54-year-old Scott Corda, and determined that he was the driver and was drunk. Corda was on active probation for a previous DUI conviction. He was arrested on multiple charges including DUI and hit and run.
